Main industries are private companies, they make 91,5%. They provide with 58,6% industry products and 87,4% working places In the Russian part of TumenNet, there are a number of modern large industries, such as ship repair, catching and processing of marine products, etc. However, Southwestern Primorye (SWP) as a whole does not belong to areas with high economic development and, moreover, with high economical density . The ratio of the gross regional product to the occupied area here is less than that of the economic density of the mean statistical district of Primorye by 8.6 times (see Table).
