This component centres on the Tumen River and its tributaries. Its implementation is constrained by the fact that the DPRK, the proposed Regional Lead Agent, has not yet formally joined the TumenNET project. A component strategy has been formulated and agreed with countries, that allows for involvement of DPRK at a later stage. We are currently awaiting Chinese government approval for this component.
